Here I go again .
Im starting again for what seems like the 20th time. 32/f/270ish/5'8 severe bipolar take duloxetine and 650mg Seroquel and blood pressure medication.. I'm looking for friends who deal with similar issues or who are starting again. Also, needs some tips that will help me. :)

What activity setting should I use?
I'm a factory worker on my feet 8-9 hrs a day, 5 days a week. Should it be the lowest one or lightly active? I haven't added in exercise yet. I've been trying to stick to 1500-1600 Cal's a day. I'm 5'8 32, 266 lbs.

Guys, I don't know what to do. I lost weight in the past with diet and exercise and went from 225 lbs to 150 when I was in my late teens/early 20s. Fell into bad habits and now I'm all the way up to around 250 at 31. :( I'm considering weight loss surgery.

I work second shift currently. I wake up anywhere from 8-10 in the morning and eat soon after then eat multiple times after that.I find that I am consuming half of my calories before I ever get to work at 330 pm. So, I went all out this weekend with alcohol and not tracking my food... I think my TOM is close too.. Second shift, how do you track your calories?
I wake up at 2 and eat, go to work at 3:30 then I have a 10min break at 5:30, lunch at 7:30, and another 10 min break at 10. I leave work at 12. Do you count calories after 12 on the next day?
