Hey, I'm restarting yet again. I've discovered one of my problems is that I wake up at 8,9, or 10am and eat. Then, I eat before I go to work(3:30 start time). I eat a meal at work at 8pm, and eat when I get home. I have to eat 350 calories at my last meal because I take latuda. Should I just have a snack as my first or second meal? I'm doing factory work, on my feet all shift....Another thing is alcohol calories, especially on the weekend but I'm going to cut back.

You could just cut back on the calories a little on both the breakfast and lunch. I think you need to eat that full meal at 8:00 pm.

    Can you skip breakfast?
  • I don't do well with skipping meals. I had thought about staying up later so that I could just eat one meal before work.

We don't really have much information to go on here. Feel free to eat during all those times as long as your meals are within your calorie goals. If you chose an aggressive deficit that is hard to adapt to your lifestyle, consider a less aggressive deficit.
