I'm down 1.4 pounds this morning so eating near maintenance this weekend didn't harm anything. I'm going to set my goal as 1580, scratch that...1830 calories a day throughout the work week and higher on the weekend. :)

I've put down the alcohol for now. No drinking this week. I drank beer, malt liquor, and liquor, rarely wine.

I don't know how much you drink, but I decided to cut back on alcohol greatly. I was drinking a lot of liquor on the weekends. Hey, add me if you want. 31/f 5'8 240 pounds. I've gone from 225>150>230>210>240. I'm working on going back down, way out of shape right now. Back to diet soda and cutting alcohol way back. Trying 1 pound a week.

JillianRumrill, you will have to try on clothing when you are losing weight and even more when you get at your goal weight because plus sizes vary every 20lbs and regular sizes every 10 I've heard and sizes vary between brands.

I wear size 20 AMETHYST jeans 5'8 240lbs. Some xl mens tshirts fit me and some are too tight, so it would be a 2x in women I'm guessing. Sizing varies on the clothing

I don't do well with skipping meals. I had thought about staying up later so that I could just eat one meal before work.

I'm up 10 pounds after a cheat weekend right now..lol. Went to the gym this morning and drinking plenty of water right now..

I am drinking water today, already on my third bottle and I lifted weights(leg day) and stationary bike at gym.

I'm think some of it is all the hotdogs(no bun) I ate this weekend...like 6 and 2 pieces of bologna, and chips(like a whole can of pizza pringles, crazy!)

Bananas, yogurt if you can keep it cold, peanut butter and crackers prepackaged..

I workout before work around 9-10 am and go to work at 330 pm.

Hey, not in UK but I go to Anytime Fitness in USA. I love it.

It depends on how active you are. I started at 1800 last week and now I aim for 1500..but I go over. I'm on my feet 8 hrs a day Mon-Fri(factory) and I just started back working out last week.

I have 80 to lose and I'm starting over.

Exercise makes me more hungry. I'm on my feet working all day in a factory(8-12hrs) so I am causing a deficit just by doing that.
