Thanks, I'm more hungry on exercise days but that's when I eat more and I never feel like I'm starving myself which is good.

Thanks for your help, changed it to one pound a week. With the big weight loss at start yes was very extreme super shocked but came from eating 10-15 fruits a day including 5 bananas on top of three big meals a day. I think a lot was from bloating as in the first two weeks my belly reduced dramatically! Now on 1500 which…

Thanks, I do some exercise but am inactive the rest of the day (unemployed with no motivation to go out) but hopefully should have a more active job soon which will mean my exercise will help!

I am planning on becoming vegan in the future, so am trying to avoid animals products, but I do not like eggs or cheese anyway. I do not really eat legumes as I don't enjoy them all that much but I will try and cook with them a bit more this week. I am also going to experiment with tofu, to try and find a way to enjoy it!

188lb, i probably get about half, maybe a bit more and my meals are vegetable based for the most part, with carbs like pasta, rice, quinoa and potatoes

Thanks for all the info, yes the reason im interested is because i add exercise on mfp but am not all that active the rest of the day so i doubt i would have burnt enough to eat my exercise calories back. I dont want everyone to see i have a fitbit though so would the One be good to go for?

Thanks for your help, looking at buying a fitbit, is the zip any good or is it the same as apedometer as and the moment i dont want to spend to much as i dont know how much use it will be for me(dont exercise all that much). I do exercise dvds would it track that?
