I did sw on and off for about three years. Switched to mfp at the end of March last year. I've lost over 3 and a half stone, only 4lb from target. I hit my 2st loss yesterday. Before that lost and gained on SW for 3 years! For me it never worked as I over ate free food because I could. I love calorie counting (thought I'd never say that) but it shows me how big my portions should be and I enjoy my food a lot more now.

I went for a run this morning and it was awful! Id say just do something not so high intensity. Or maybe weights with less cardio?

I run because its free, theres no one around to see me and I can do it anywhere. Most other sports you have to 'learn'

I cant stand olives nor avocado - dont judge me! The same with nuts, not really enjoyable for me. Oats everyday i couldnt live without them

Chickpeas and black beans are good but i just dont eat them! Will make sure to get those into my diet some more (goes to soak chickpeas now haha)

No not trying to load in carbs but my lunch and dinner are always veg heavy which is obviously mostly carbs then i snack on fruit etc

Would it be better 20% fat 10% protein ? I read something before amount a suggestion for absolute minimum macros but couldn't find it again. My calorie goal is 1450 + any Fitbit exercise calories
