Not sure on target weight
I am 2lb off target weight, have lost 3st 12lb. I am 5ft 5inches, with my target weight of 9st 12lb I still have a small tummy pouch, which id love to be flat (like most people i assume) I dont know if I should lower my target and by how much, as I have lost a lot already. Any advice?

No fruit after dinner
I keep hearing you should only eat fruit on an empty stomach because it digests faster so shouldnt be sitting above your main meal. Thoughts? Me personally, i just had an apple after a 600 cal dinner! I have to have something sweet after a main meal and would rather get it from fruit.

I binged
Ok so it wasnt as bad as it would have been six months ago. I had about 100 calories left and had 2 ice lollies, 28g chocolate, a chocolate/biscuit bar and five flapjack style cookies/biscuits. Should I change my goal weight?
So i havr lost 1st 9lb (yay) with 1st 10lb left to go I am now 12st 3 at 5'5 I put my goal weight as 10 and a half st as it is on the high end of healthy BMI but seeing how much smaller I look now im worried another 1st 10 may look so extreme. Should i follow the bmi goal or increase my goal weight to 11st?

So i have just gone on a 45 minute walk, tracked it on the fitbit app on my phone, will it automatically transfer on mfp? I have the apps connected and i read on the instructions to add exercise through mfp only but how am i supposed to know how far i went if i did that?
