Ok so it wasnt as bad as it would have been six months ago.

I had about 100 calories left and had 2 ice lollies, 28g chocolate, a chocolate/biscuit bar and five flapjack style cookies/biscuits.

What can I do to stop this happening again.

So i went about 600 calories over (plus eating 272 exercise cals)

I have a blow out every few weeks. Whether it be a choc night or a beer night i have gone up tp 3500 cals for the day. Next day though i'm back in the groove and in deficit. I'm still currently losing. Its not about the short term, its about the long.
Don't beat yourself up about one small occasion of indulgence, we're only human and all changing ourselves for a reason ;)

Save your 100 calories for five days = 500 calories. A slice of cheesecake or a couple of glasses of wine for Saturday night. Booyah!!

To stop it you have to figure out why you did it.

Are you restricting too heavily? Are you completely swearing off treats? We're you bored/angry/lonely? Are you female and nearing your period (not that you can stop that lol!)? Did you say "screw it" after the first small indulgences?

Really, 600 calories over goal is *not that big of a deal. I wouldn't retroactively punish yourself by restricting extra in the coming days. No need. Log it, move on and tomorrow is a new day.
