Stir fry calorie help

On the label it says 100g cooked but I weighed raw and have ate it now! Also in instructions says add tsp of oil does the nutrition include this?

It says the package contains about 3 servings. Did you eat all of it? Then multiply the one serving calorie amount by 3.
I would add the oil yourself into your calories. Better to overestimate than underestimate.1 -
Yes whole pack but didn't eat with oil.0

Nutrition labels, unless they specify otherwise, won't include the calorie counts for anything they suggest you add to the product. So that doesn't include the oil.0
