Am I losing weight too quickly?

I have added my Wight losses and my diary is open.
I started with a target of 1.5lb but have changed this to 1lb giving me 1490 Cals. I have a Fitbit which always gives me extra Cals but I only eat half of these when I exercise (running) because on the other days I am just doing what I would normally do. This last week I exercised mon wed and sat if you are looking at my diary.
Start weight 13st 11.8
Current weight 12st 8.2
Target weight 10st 7
Height 5ft 5.5
Of course it feels great to have lost a lot but is it too fast?

Our starting weight and goal weight is much the same. You have lost faster than me and I'm on 1200 cals a day but I don't use scales just guess0

if you're often hungry/weak/tired then i would say eat more, but if not then i think you're fine.

Thanks, I'm more hungry on exercise days but that's when I eat more and I never feel like I'm starving myself which is good.

6 weeks and 17.5lb down I think is fine, it's averaging around 3lb a week - don't forget, those first few weeks are also dropping water weight, so you see the big numbers. If you continue to lose at such an accelerated rate (beyond what MFP is recommending, and eating back at least 50% of your exercise cals), then you'll probably need to look at upping your intake just a touch. Occasionally, MFP isn't accurate enough, and doesn't factor in every single variable of what your lifestyle is allowing you to lose (perhaps you have a more active lifestyle than MFP is factoring for?). However, I think you may see a gradual tapering of the very quick losses, and you should see weight loss much closer to the goals set in the future. Don't begrudge 3lb losses in the first couple of months - you'll be desperate for them in the future!!
the good thing is that you aren't too hungry, beyond the set calorie limits, and you're also pretty close to that 10% weight loss point - that's an important health milestone, no matter how long it takes to get there.
