30 day fitness challenge

I have just downloaded the app and am planning on starting it in Sept.
It has six different sections : abs, butt, cardio, squats, arms and push ups.
Theres also six different levels so technically could be a 6 month challange.

The question is would it really make a difference, combined with 10,000 steps daily?

Anybody else interested in doing this with me?
