^^^^^^^^ This. Movie theater popcorn is the BEST. I get mine without butter... and its still the best! I drop approx 3 cups in my shirt, and its still there! Be good the rest of the week and meals and get an extra workout in - then EAT THAT POPCORN! nom nom nom! (yeah... and don't smuggle)

I think i'm surprised on all the kale hate... i always thought it was supposed to be decent nutrient and low cal. I use it raw in salads a good bit instead of iceberg or romaine or whatever. Collards... omg i do love collards. sloooooooow boiled as whole leaves with a smoked turkey leg... mmmmm.

45 minutes, 3 days a week. I think i need to do more days, but any longer per session and i don't know that i'd be as efficient. Maybe that will change as i start targeting muscle areas, but i feel pretty good after each work out.

Thank you! Good to know. I usually just have the 2 sets for day B, and only 1 set on A days, but i could still see where it could be an issue.

Thank you! This is something of what i was worried about. No one seemed to be using the lat machine, but maybe when people are there, I need to do those outside of the circuit. I'm pretty new to the gym life, so I definitely don't know the etiquette yet.

At some point it won't really be about the scale - it'll be about health and fitness. If you're getting close to your goal then you'll prob want to start some lifting to tone your muscle. Don't get hung up on the weight... and don't get hung up on her vision for you. You got this!

Welcome back! You can do this! Drink lots of water - set a routine (weighing in, working out, making food) etc etc. - use MFP and these people to motivate and inspire you. It works!
