I'm going to try this again! I used the my fitness pal tool a few months back and list more than 20 pounds in a month! So I know I CAN DO IT! Just have to not give up!!! Sometimes it's hard to not look at the scale 20x a day. I'm gonna try and stay away from it this time. Lol any tips or suggestions for me?

    Welcome back! You can do this! Drink lots of water - set a routine (weighing in, working out, making food) etc etc. - use MFP and these people to motivate and inspire you. It works!
