I was 156lbs 5 3 and goal was 120 and when I hit it I was still unhappy and now im 115 an goal is now 110 and to tighten up loose skin. Its ok to go off track sometimes. Try not to even buy junk. Like i cant even buy it for my husband or ill binge eat it most times lol, there are also alot of healthy snacks like celery an peanut butter yogurt an granola. But dont beat yourself up, your only human and chocolate is yummy lol just remeber how *kitten* u feel…

My dad too ! I lost 43 lbs and would like to loose 5-7more lbs and my dad gives me trouble on the phone and both my parents in law! So sorry phone died lol, anyways had to wean baby because my bipolar was getting so bad and i needed to get out of denial about it causr it started effecting my kids. Now im on prozac and epival. Just start two weeks ago. Been doing alot of excercising and eating healthy to keep my mental health in check even lost 43lbs…

So sorry about your son. My brother comitted sucide 7 years tomorrow.i began to have panic attacks and in 2013 after having my first baby was told i was bipolar (like my mom) and didnt take any meds and had another baby an it got worse ! I sucked it up without meds because of breastfeeding

Thank you all ! 43lbs when i started my journey and 57lbs all together :) ( highest wieght was 170ish then sat at 156lbs for a longgg time now 113!( after having two babies,by age 23 i needed to get into shape to catch up to them lol and Im 5 f 3 inches

Seein photos of myself, and getting to the point of almost having back rolls. I also just got my license in Oct and was so worried id stop walking everywhere and how much bigger i could get. Scared me !

Im a runner love it ! I eat alot of boiled eggs grapes peanut butter.

A month isnt a very long time, hang in there, quick way i lost weight was jogging 20-25 7days a week and scale is still going down and i eat about 1500 cals. I could only run 4-5 mins when i started lol good luck

Or just buy little bit of groceries at a time go a few times aweek

Try freezing your veggies before they go bad and take them out and eat them as a steam side veggie or use them in stir frys, i found i SAVED money doing groceries instead of eating out. 20$ for one meal when you could stretch that to two meals.

Yes if your pee is clear your good, i never hit my water intake i put 4 500ml water bottles in the fridge and ushually only finish 2 or three lol but should be intaking about 2L a day

You can do it, it is very hard and can be very discouraging. It your not seeing results try jogging, the Weight was falling off me and I could only jog not even five minutes, I do a 3 k everyday now, it's still not that much time to run.
