taking tomorrow off, so I was able to pass my goal of 85 miles for January and did 87 ! :) I have my 3 month ultrasound tomorrow so excited to see baby !!!

yes though, i feel like im cheating if someone flirts with me, i feel extremely guilty , i think if it was vice versa with my boyfriend feeling that way It would hurt me, i do enjoy it though, noone ever flirted with me when i was bigger and now that i'm skinnier it happens and i try to suck it in just in case i get fat…

i'm currently pregnant with my 3rd, ( very early still ) I was able to loose the baby weight pretty quickly from jogging, started with 60 seconds and then walk and then just started making small goals instead of 60 i'd work up to running 3 minutes and now i can run 60 minutes without a break, an don't compare yourself to…

I did 3 5k last year, ( newer runner) I'd like to beat that and do 4-5 5ks I'm also expecting my 3rd baby in august so Im determined not to be a lazy person with this pregnancy lol, I will be announcing my pregnancy through one of my 5k's wearing a shirt saying baby's first race lol

I fined I go real hard for about 8-9 months work my buns off, and then I crash, working on that, its a learning process, just take it day by day, exercise but exercise and bite by bite, if I think to far ahead I fined is still have so much to work on and I get depress and then I eat *kitten* food and wonder whats the point…

i was 130 before baby then went up to 180 at 40 weeks prego and stayed at about 160+ after my baby then had another and was the same weight gain and then finally said f it and lost the weight quick from running and eating good went to 110lbs but then gained 10lbs back but all good currently prego with 3rd and determined…

yes, its hard but so worth it, im currently pregnant with my 3rd an making sure i make time for my work outs

i love nectarines and bananas, or celery with peanut butter, or yogurt with some granola

breastfeeding helped alittle and not intaking so many calories, Running lots and eating healthy and I was able to lose the baby weight in 9 months, but tummy was still alittle flabby but hey *kitten* happens after you have kids lol
