not getting to fat with my 3rd pregnancy so working out lots and eating healthy ! :) I was overly big with my first two kids, then I finally lost all that weight and now Im pregnant again haha

i started out with a treadmill i bought used from kijiji for 100$!!! an i used it for a year and then bought gym membership to do weights but still love my tready!

I am the same I was 156lbs got to 110 and now 127lbs, I agree with the woman above, we can loose it but damn hard to maintain it ! just need to focus on staying healthy and active, if you could loose it before you can do it again, just track your food and get enough exercise! good luck

I lost about 50 lbs in less then a year calorie intake was 1200 and I ran a 5k a day, but also crashed a few months ago, so maybe 1500 calories would of been a better choice for me lol. but running makes you drops the lbs quick!! and eating well lol

I also have this problem, I lost 56 lbs and I'm a mom of two I look skinny then I lift up my top and its saggy fat that I hate, but have came to terms with its (kinda) and I know I can only just keep working out and maybe eventually try new core/stomach workouts that will maybe help, just be proud of what you have done and…

yes I was doing that 7 days a week no injuries but some shin splints but I recently fell off the wagon sadly and will be were I was but smarter this time, I think I burnt myself out a bit and I am also newly pregnant so will need to take it slowly again Ive done alittle less then three 5ks this weeks , then less and less…

Great info thanks alot ! And i was at the pharmacies and sat down in this chaor think it ask my weght height and gender. I put my feet on this bar and held on a bar infront of me. It was neat lol

I had no clue either how to start lol to be honest at times i am still confused haha. Just start off small like add less sugar or cream in your coffee for example. Park father away from the grocery store so you have to walk further. Watch less Tv and listen to more music and you cN just stand up and do some dancing. Walk.…
