I'm 29 and just hit my goal weight of 145 (starting at over 200#s). Now I'm pregnant and will have to be careful during this pregnancy not to undo all of my efforts. I'm always willing to inspire, motivate, and encourage you. Feel free to add me. I lost naturally without fad weightloss products, and in eight months I'll do…

@Northern37 You begin by selecting which "diet" you're on and other food or fitness goals. The app selects others with the same diet and goals. I do have them often. I can't find a trigger. I eat healthy. I think most of my weight loss so far was water weight (I used to never drink water). They don't seem to have a pattern. Random times of day, and random lengths of time. I'm trying to stay around 1500 calories.

I use the youfood app. I pick other THM users for my "friends" since I have to post everything I eat I feel accountable to them, and vice versa. It's great!

I love it. One week actually staying on plan I lost six pounds. I'm not starving, I'm full.

I just started recently and really need the motivation and accountability. Looking for friends to encourage as well. I'm looking to lose around fifty pounds.

Just starting!
