No I've never weighed my food. I've gotten as far as learning about macros and calorie intake. But generally using serving portions in MFP.

It's hard for me to understand this. I used to eat whatever I wanted, NEVER worked out, and I didn't gain nor lose a pound. Now. I'm working out EVERYDAY (and I actually like it now) eating 90% better and still not losing nor gaining a pound.

Yes NEW I haven't worked out since before children. I am creating a calorie deficit of at least 3,000 per week! I log everything in myfitnesspal

Average daily calorie intake is 1200. I log EVERYTHING.

Canned organic Coconut Milk from TJoes with 13 grams of saturated fat per 80ml. 15 grams total fat! Thanks for all the responses. I am going to look into the carton one!

Thanks! I really think it was just that first week of having a "new toy" lol but that's what the competition is for. I love a challenge to keep me on my toes.
