Yeah, went two days ago so going to hit them again Sunday or Monday. I can barely walk up the stairs, pretty funny.

I struggled with that before so I know what you mean. I don’t drink as much as I used to and I have seen the difference.

Yeah, that is hard. Eating foods high in protein have helped me. Maybe it could work for you too.
