  • Hey Kayla, and Mr. Firefighter guy! I'm in a similar boat. Started up my own company a year and a half ago, and it's growing pretty good. Keeping very busy, and in that "growing pains" time, where I need to expand, and too worried about it to do so. With that being said, I was kicking rear end here on the App, about 5…
  • Thats kind of what I was thinking, since I havent seen it mentioned here on MFP hardly at all. I have 3 scales, and am starting to weigh every bit of food, and staying at my maintenance of 1670 which is set to allow up to 2 lbs per week of loss. Thanks for the input!
  • I'm a guy. Married, with 1 squid (kid). Just really started on MFP. Havent been to the Gym since High School. Been doing this "active" thing for about a month now. This last weekend was the first time I slipped, and went all stupid with my (non) logging, and intake. Ready to start this week off right, but didnt with no Gym…

  • Mostly concerned with things like chicken or steak for either lunch or dinner. Thanks!
  • Oh, oops. For some dumb reason I was only thinking of the website via computer. Not via app. Sorry OP...
  • Thanks everyone. Again, I hope to be on an official personalized plan next week, where someone can watch over me. I appreciate the input from everyone!
  • Bruno. He looks like a Bruno to me.
  • Doing that for sure. I felt like this was a general question regardless of any designed program built for a particular person. Was just curious when to add weight, once the existing becomes "easy". I do appreciate the feedback though, and trust me, I have no intention of doing anything stupid. Guessing is not part of my…
  • Just started doing legs this week as well. I have HUGE leg muscles so I wasnt real worried about bringing them in, just needed the right time. Was a little concerned because of the cardio I've been hitting, but it seems to be fine. I've submitted all my details to the Gym, and the owner/trainer will be getting with me…
  • Hard to say for me, because I'm really just getting started. I'm sticking to my calorie goals, and getting more exercise than ever, so I am seeing drastic changes in everything for me. The 10k mark though is not at all a goal. My fitbit goes crazy when I hit it, and have been doing so more lately. When it does, I sure do…
  • @Ginny218, I'm not Doctor, but I thought Planter fatuitis affected the bottom of the foot? Or it does with me, when I've had it clinically diagnosed. @karla24687, I cant suggest anything, because I have incredibly flat feet, so I hurt every where. I would definitely look into what eep223 suggested, and wear laced up shoes.
  • Oh, and I mean regular drip coffee. Not those lattes or milky frothy goodness coffees. Just the straight black drip coffee. Mmm mmm good!
  • Coffee has helped me. I think it's the warm sensation in my stomach. My first week or two I couldn't figure out how to get around those stomach pains. Read somewhere to try coffee. It worked when nothing else would. I tried eating little handfuls of things. Still fought off hunger pains. Try the coffee trick.
  • I had one, but got rid of it. Found it was counting ghost steps. Like bad... Went back to my FitBit Charge HR. Much more impressed with that. The "apple watch" has become just another watch to wear for work. I'm really hoping the apple watch gen 2 will have drastic changes (like most gen 2 apple products). It'll probably…
