egg whites in a carton
Anyone mess with the egg white's in a carton? I dont mind separating by hand, but dont really have anything to do with the left over yolk. Was just curious what people's thoughts were on the egg whites in a carton? Thanks!

Eating routine
I've tried the eating 9 times a day thing, and I've tried eating once a day, to the normal 3 times a day. Are the really any benefits to a bunch during the day? I've read that it boosts your metabolism, but wanted to see what peoples thoughts were. For me, I enjoy the 3 times per day thing. The snaking all the dang time…

Cooking meat stuff
Probably another noob question, but should I weigh meats before or after their cooked for logging? I know resturaunts weigh food prior to cooking, but I wasn't sure how that works best for logging my intake.

When to add?
It's early for me, but I want to be prepared for when the time comes. When in the gym, and my normal weight lifting has become to easy, when do I add weights? Exercise calories?
Noob question here, but should I be using my exercise calories if I'm trying to lose weight? I have them displayed, and use them to "treat" myself if I've killed it at the gym (on occasion).
