Hello all!

Well, I'm back at it again. My last presence here was pretty quiet and not noticeable at all.

I was on a great setup, and doing fantastic on meeting my goals, etc. Lost weight fast, and enjoyed my 6 to 7 day a week workout. Then I had a foot problem, (I have very flat feet) and well... Excuse, blah blah blah, excuse, excuse, excuse, blah, I didn't do it. Didn't maintain my diet during my injury, didn't work out on anything other than my ankle, reintroduced myself with my friend little Debbie.

So.. Now I'm back at it. Hope to get back into the full swing of things. Going to keep an eye out to ensure I don't scare myself out, or don't re injure something again, and also not going to allow any excuses. It was really easy for me to do last time, but the excuses were a million times easier.

Anyone in a similar boat, feel free to friend me. We can chat, and possibly hold each other accountable?
