I decided to take it easy this weekend and go all crazy with my food stuffs. I did this knowing that first thing Monday I would have a set workout plan (intense IMO), and probably a more personalized diet plan. So I figured I'd go nuts and eat outside of the box, and when I did, I went WAY over board.
This is not a post about how much weight I've gained back. This post is about how crappy I feel since having done that! I had a night playing poker, and drinking with family. Then had a night of eating my body weight in lasagna. And then had yesterday morning where a client emergency took place, and I couldn't go to the gym, so I decided to eat about 10 of those mini Reese's peanut butter cups for breakfast. While I was at it, why not just go certifiably crazy and eat chicken fried rice for dinner!?
I met with my trainer this morning. Spent an hour going over details about my schedule workout, and even he suggested that I take the rest of this week to get back into the mood of things, before attempting this thing.
I cant tell you how dragged out I feel! I'm pretty sure this is the way I used to feel 24x7, and thought nothing of it!
No more...I knew better than to do all of that, but thought it would be fun-ish.

Thanks for posting. You probably saved a bunch of people the trouble of running a similar experiment ourselves.0

I understand what you are going through. I went the last five days dealing with maintenance as I dealt with PTSD symptoms. I am struggling today with energy. I forced myself to do 20 minutes on the bike, which I accomplished...but I feel completely wore out. Before, I was MUCH more active before getting wore out.0
