Hey! I use to run 6-10k daily, but stop since last September due to university school work :/ I have recently rejoined this app and I’m currently starting off with 4-5k right now but will eventually increase the number of steps! :D

Thank you jsecret! :smiley: I'm not sure if I'm using the kitchen wisely. I'm still eating food that I regularly eat but in smaller portions with fruit or some kind of protein drink. Lately I have also been eating salads but not a lot.

Thanks aggelikik! :smile: I'm mostly trying to get rid of my fat from the legs and hips. I think I'm going to wait on the abs for later. Lol
