Hello, I was working full time at Tim hortons and gained a good 15 pounds working there. I decided to cut down to working only weekends since my fiance got a promotion, and it would help me to focus on school, as I graduate next semester. It's hard to get to bed earlier because I have classes at night, that usually don't get me home until 10pm or later. My daughter has always been a great sleeper. She takes 1 nap a day and has always slept in late

Thank you everyone for your input I'm glad I'm not alone in this! I know it is possible and maybe by helping keep each other motivated and on track we will all reach our goals a little easier! :)

I am in the same spot. I started at 214, got down to 195 and am now 220:( i feel so discouraged and mad with myself. Now for some reason i cant get back on track with eating healthy. Any tips or encouragement would be appreciated :)
