Love this thread. I started in March of this year and have lost 45 pounds. Always needing new recipe ideas. I seem to stick with the same thing.. I love this way of life. Just need some other ideas for meals/snacks.

For me it was 40 pounds. Other people who I see weekly aren't quite sure yet. They comment on my hair or my glasses, trying to figure out what's different.

Yes logical is what I needed to be! Eating definitely won't make the problem go away! So I pushed through wanting to sabatoge myself and talked it out. It's so not worth the horrible feeling I would have felt for falling back into bad habits!

I have 109 to lose. I started March 7th and have lost 17 pounds so far. I want this to be my last time to start over again. I want this to be my new lifestyle. My fiance travels for work and will be home mid April. He's talking about making Cakes and all these fattening dishes. I asked him to please not tempt me like that.…

Oct 22 here. I started watching my calorie in take March 7th and have lost 17 pounds so far. Lots more to go but I have until August to really do it. I have to be refitted for my dress!
