It takes time don't weigh your self everyday that's just a downer do it once a week. You can do it just remember why you want it.

Chicken Brown rice Egg whites Whole wheat pasta Sweet potatoes Tilapia (any white fish) Salmon but only once a week Green vegetables Salad Remember carbs are your friends but sugars are very bad.

Also I'm eating 6 to 7 meals a day small ones

I have to have around 3700 a day that's why it's so hard. I do 20 minutes of stairs every morning and 20 when I hit the gym.

I confess that I'm starting to really dislike my girlfriend because she doesn't support me in eating healthy.

Rest day today but I always wake up and go up and down my stairs for 20 mins. Sometimes I fall up the stairs because I'm still a sleep lol.

I find that YouTube is a very big help try that to start. You can do it!!! Just remember why you want too.
