  • These made the most delicious 45 calorie iced coffee!!!! I added some Stevia and it was really sweet but I like my iced coffee super sweet.

  • I was in a 7 week long plateau - hadn't lost a single pound - 3 days of IF 16:8 and down 4 lbs already. I just don't see how that could be a coincidence! If it were 1 week or 2, okay, but 7 weeks?

  • I had the Quest pizza last night also. Set aside 600+ calories planning to eat the entire thing for dinner but stopped at half. Wasn’t worth it. The crust was dense and had a funny taste.
