  • Hi I am Ann. I noticed after a couple days without sugary foods( doughnuts, soda , candy) the cravings start going away. I suck on a couple pieces of hard candy if I have to have sugar. It gets better. I find upping protein has actually helped with sugar cravings
  • I tried Vegan Protein from HEB. It is 20 g a scoop and no tummy upset. I can't do Creatine or whey.
