I'm there with you. Trying to cut back on sugar is very difficult. It took me 4 months to get down to 0 spoons of sugar in my coffee.

The only thing I can suggest is to pick one item like your coffee or tea or favorite sugary snack and start cutting back slowly. Then add another item to the list of cut back or cut out.

I'm hoping that over time I'll have the same reaction to sweet things as my sister, "ewww yulk to sweet"

Hi I am Ann. I noticed after a couple days without sugary foods( doughnuts, soda , candy) the cravings start going away. I suck on a couple pieces of hard candy if I have to have sugar. It gets better. I find upping protein has actually helped with sugar cravings
