Ahh thanks guys ! I put my info into MFP and it told me 2000 calories a day and I just thought that was a lot a day and because I do 2-3 hours of the kwon do a day it takes my calories high per day

Thanks for the advice guys, I have previously tried to lose weight before and I dropped 5 kg in my first week then after that dropped 2.5-3.5 kg a week after that for 4 weeks, currently I'm 93kg and try to eat around 2,000calories a day and I do between 2-3.5 hours of training a day 7 days a week.
