  • Basically you take ur fat g × it by 9 cux 1 g fat = 9 calories do the same for protein but ×4 add what u get together so imagine it's like 700 calories and ur supposed to eat 1500 calories a day surat the 700 from 1500 and then divide what u get by 4 and that will be your carbs in grams Hope that made sense
  • Yes that's exactly what I thought.. I tried iifym.com and got numbers I thought there's no way I could eat and lose weight. So watched a few videos and did the math for myself . I think my numbers fit a little better now and I'm getting them almost spot on daily
