Some of my activities this past weekend were to go to gym in morning and walk for about 12000+ on Saturday and then another 12000+ on Sunday while eating a healthy lifestyle. I am going back today after work for some cardio/steppers for about 45 minutes to 1 hours. Then I'm going to relax and have sensible dinner probably…

Thanks! Your help is truly noted. This morning was less of a groan (only 5 secs) then I went downstairs to have some breakfast. I will definitely tell my doctor about it if it persist.

Yes, like others have said NO VENDING MACHINE snacks... i'm sure your not right? Those calories will sink you fast, trust me I know. lol My 8-5 job is the same boat. But I pack a healthy lunch of ham and cheese sandwich, some nuts usually almonds and pistachios, and lots of fruit for snack times. And water I try to get 6-8…

Right now, I weigh myself daily... but will probably doing it weekly once I lose the water in my system.

I started a gym this weekend and thought the same thing cardio is boring but it is also a good pace to get your work out.

Multivitamins are different scenario though. My doctors always ask if I am taking any multivitamins tablets...they are good. I should really get back with that.

I take lots of medications, so I'm definitely weary about taking pills to lose weight as I don't know how it will effect my other meds. So those are out either way with my meds or without.

Yeah, I started at 244 last Monday, so I guess it would be be mostly water...now I'm down to 235, so we will see how it goes this week.

I thought the same thing this morning after my exercises and morning walk. I do take medications for several issues, but I think it is just a matter of my body not working out ever in the morning or anytime really. Just take it easy, when your body tells you to relax... RELAX...don't want any nasty side effects to happen.…

Yep. I agree completely. The sky is the limit! :wink: Whatever day people choose should be a good day. Gotta have time to rest your body though. I have been doing this for about a week and I already have so much energy then before I started. Do you feel the same way?

I try to mix it up with greek yogurt in the morning on english muffin, waffle, or just out of the yogurt package. I then grab a cup of milk to wash it down before my water regimens.

I weigh myself at night and in the morning. And it is incredibly different like 3-5 pds more at night. Like the body has to sleep off the dinner and take it all in.

For me it is a exercise routine that gets me, but I have my little friend (in picture) to motivated me to take a 30 min walk. But I am the same way with the food journal eventually I hope not to have to use it because it will just be apart of my daily routine. Best of luck to everyone!

I just started a semi-plant diet but I try to keep the hamburger down to a minimum. I try to eat a lot of fish and salmon. I also, recently found that I LOVE roasted eggplant with olive oil, salt, and pepper. It is delicious! And hardly no or no calories.
