This is a good recipe. If you want to skip the zucchini part and use a spaghetti squash instead just cut one in half length wise put in dish with water at the bottom and bake for about an hour depending on how big it is. It's done when fork gracefully goes through. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning or these seasonings…

Broccoli, grape seed oil, Himalayan pink salt, pepper, dash of herb & garlic seasoning cook in wok sprinkle with parmesan. Walla!!
