Egg whites cooked up as an omelette with seasonings. Top with marinara sauce, cheese, pepperoni and bacon and finish in the oven on broil until cheese is melted... SOOO good

Looks good! Sometimes I'll fry pepperoni to heat it up and remove some of the extra grease and then fold it into a regular omelet with cheese and other pizza-y seasonings.

I'm not really seeing the point of using egg whites. Might as well go for the gold and just eat an actual pizza if you are going to layer it with nothing but truckload of fat. *shrug*

But real pizza has those dreaded carbs!! /s

First off it looks delicious. I was about to jump on the hater train until I plugged some numbers in. It turns out to be a high protein breakfast at about 550 calories which really isn't that bad. Certainly something I'd be willing to try when I get tired of trying to make eggs exciting. The egg whites save a ton of calories and while I used whole milk mozzarella for cheese, you can save calories there by using alternatives but it's really not necessary. Might have to try this soon!

You apparently don't know the nutritional facts between bread and eggs, besides ACTUAL picture seems larger than it really is.

Good idea!! Can use a lower cal pizza sauce (or your favorite but in moderation), turkey pepperoni and load up with veggies (green pepper, onion, mushrooms). Would be very filling and tasty. Thanks!!
