  • Nope, just eat less red meat. Fruits are good for you just not rich in nutrients you actually need... I'd stick to proteins like chicken, Turkey, fish, pork, tofu.   • Try eating your protein and veggies first at meals and by the time you get around to your carbs you'll feel very full anyways. Eat slowly, chew thoroughly. And try to drink VERY little during your meals or not at all if possible. It washes the food through your system and makes you hungrier quicker. Good luck!
