Totally normal, take a look at how much mine fluctuates. I'd say mine bounces 1-3 lbs. it depends on water weight, what you ate (sodium, etc.), etc. I had one bad weekend where I ate terribly and gained like 4lbs but evidently it slowly came off.

Hi, I'm new to this challenge and ready to give it a try! I've completed a few 5ks and one half marathon. I've been wanting to get back into running. My goal is 30 miles this months, thinking I'll aim for 3 mile run, twice a week.

I'm 5'8" and my goal is 145 lbs. I started at 204 and now I'm at 190.5. I have awhile until I hopefully hit that goal, but slowly chipping away.

I hate running, but I play all sorts of sports to get in my cardio. I don't realize I'm chasing after a soccer ball or diving to get a volleyball. I'm sportsaholic though and I love it!

I eat breakfast because I take vitamins in the morning. No breakfast + vitamins = nausea for me. I usually eat a grapefruit with string cheese, Nutragrain bar or some other type of fruit.
