Man, spent a week away from home and it flubbed the losing weight. 191.2 when I was aiming at 187. Oh well, the closest I got was 188. At 191.2, I need to lose 16.2 pounds to hit my goal weight. July will be a better month :) Can't cry about losing 6 pounfs in a month, lol. Let's go!

SW 6/1: 197 CW 6/18: 191.6 (Lost 5.4, 4.6 more to lose) CW 6/22: 189 (8 pounds lost, 2 more to lose) GW 7/1: 187 Amazing that appropriate eating and exercise can fix in 4 days what a holiday messed up in 2

On June 1, I weighed 197 pounds. June 18 I weighed 191.6. 5.4 pounds lost, another 4.6 to go. Father's day will set me back a bit along with my trip to IL for family reunion, but I will try my darnedest to be at 187 before July 1 hits.

I've been in challenge mode with myself since April 1, 2016. I will join this challenge since I would like to lose another 22.4 pounds by August 12th.

My 'aha!' moment was earlier today when I stepped on the scale and it read 198.4 instead of 200-something. Took me 60 days to lose that 30+ pounds to get below the 200s, but I have maintained steady loss with healthy food choices and increasing my exercise (cardio AND strength) activity as the weight comes off. I can…

Congrats, I have lost about the same since starting MFP on April 1, 2016. I, unfortunately, have another 13Kg (~28 pounds) to go.
-
I have used MapMyRun, MapMyWalk, and MapMyFitness in conjuction with MFP and UA Record. I also have a UA Band that tracks steps just like any other wearable tech. I have not seen too many discrepancies using these in combination.
-
Right now, I am finding that UA Record and MFP communicate fairly well together. I am using both along with MapMyWalk and MapMyFitness so that the data is shuttled to MFP first and then to UA Record. So far I have not experienced any issues with doing it this way for about two months now. I have been reading about issues…

If you are talking about UA Record, I have the calorie adjustment labeled in my MFP diary, but 9 times out of 10 my MFP calories burned is more than my UA calories burned. It is set not to allow for negative adjustments, so I don't really see any impact as MFP is always higher. What I do use is MapMyFitness and MapMyWalk…

I have the application UA Record, I have also started a group named UA Band Users, but it is for anyone using or considering using UA products like the UA Record app, UA Band, etc. I combine UA Record with MapMyWalk or MapMyFitness applications to get better accuracy.
-
UA Record in combination with the MapMyFitness or the MapMyWalk application is accurate for me for the past two months. I have either of those two apps send info to MFP, and the UA Record pulls from MFP.
-
I use the UA Record app, I have it linked to my UA Band, and I set the app to take food consumption from MFP, so it does not overestimate calories. The app is a little bit redundant for the purposes of logging weight as I log my weight here, but in combination with the MapMyFitness or MapMyWalk applications, it really does…

I've been on here for a month and have lost 23 pounds in that time. I am interested in sharing my journey with as many people as I can. My plan is to lose another 32 pounds over the next 12 weeks or so. I've not got a lot of "friends" on here at this point (a whole 3...coworker, family member, and one other person), but I…

21 Day Streak...did not get serious about all of this until April 1 (Fool's Day)...so technically 19 days. I figured it would be kind of appropriate to start a diet/exercise program on that day of all days since I normally end up feeling like a fool when I don't lose weight. I got the UA Band to help assist in the weight…

I misread. See the comments below mine. I would have to agree with them.
