My upper body strength is getting so much better. I use to struggle horribly with pushups and was able to do 12 full ones took a short rest and did 10 more the other day. Upped my dumbbells from 15 to 20lbs, doing sets of 10-12 reps.

Just made this for lunch for my fiance and I. That's total calories for the whole skillet. I winged it, but it turned out pretty good. I could have done it without the vegetable oil though.

I pulled out an old skirt/kilt that I wore in high school (was really tight on me then) I had put slits in the waist band to wear it back then. Well, I decided to sew up those slits and after putting it on, it's loose on me. Also had to create another new notch in my belt. None of my shirts fit. It's weird to put on my XL…

I think I've lost at least 25lbs (scale broke, so I'm not sure). The only people who have noticed are my fiance, my boss, and a few of my friends on FB. None of my customers have said squat, except that I need to get some sun, haha! Some look at me different though, so I guess that's a plus.

Alright, how do I word this.. The lower end of my stomach where the roll is no longer looks like a mishapen W . It use to have more fat on one side than the other, now it's evened up and slowly going away. I have no idea what you would call that..a pooch, maybe? XD
