My silly NSV!

4 weeks ago I started the YAYOG app. I also invested in a pull up bar! When I first put it up I could struggle out 1 lousy chin up. A pull up was impossible I had no strength where required and could barely even hold my body weight in that position either
A couple weeks in I'm able to do 3 chin ups in a row! Then a couple of days ago I tried a pull up... I was able to pull myself half way up!! OMG! I'm hitting the bar every time I go into that room now and I'm almost at the point of doing a whole pull up!! :-o
Physical and aesthetic changes aside it's clear that YAYOG is definitely making me a LOT stronger!!!
I know it's only a silly NSV but I'm so proud and now I'm totally psyched too!!

Fantastic - well done and definitely not silly!
I'm so going to try YAYOG after reading this - I can cycle all day and just started running a few months ago and can now do 10k, but have zero upper body strength! Would love to be able to do chin-ups/pull-ups - even one would be a start!1 -
I was happy when I finally managed to do a full real push up (without my knees down). Now I can do 8 in a row. Someday I hope I can do 20... small or silly they're still victories!3

They're so cheap it's such a worthwhile investment!
@dkabambe I was doing so much cardio and seeing such little improvement physically I decided to switch things up and do the strength training and at first I didn't think it was doing much but now I realise it's done loads!0
