Hi I’m 22 lbs down out of a total 50 to lose so about half way. Things I have noticed that make me feel great: Easier to do things around the house and garden - bend over, balance, walk fast and jog/sprint to catch buses or trains when I’m late. Hi I started on March 28 at 192 - am losing slowly and steadily now - am only doing cardio for weight loss - will start weight training when I’m at my goal weight of 135. Have given myself till end October
