Lvl 1 day 6 done. Really didn't feel like doing it this morning but once I started felt great. And baby slept till the stretches, yay! Can't say I'm finding it any easier yet but I think I'm pushing myself harder.

Didn't see this thread till now. Hi everyone :) I'm on level 1 day 5 - first time doing the shred. I'm 33, in the UK, and trying to get fit after having a baby 10 weeks ago. I'm 5ft 3 and weigh 8 stone 10 and I want to get down to 8 stone ish, but mainly I want to get strong so I can carry growing baby on long dog walks!…

Day 5 done. Half way through level 1. I actually found today the hardest so far.

I'm on day 4, lvl 1. Not finding it too bad except the push-ups which I hate. I'm doing the modified versions and I think they're getting slightly easier as the days go by. Would love to be able to do real push-ups by the end of this - I've never been able to do them!

That's amazing :) I need to take measurements too. I think I've lost a pound already but it might just be because I weighed myself before breakfast!

Day 4 done! It was tough but I think the modified press ups are getting slightly easier! If I can do some real press ups by the end of the 30 days I'll be really happy!

I'm doing this now too - did day 3 today. I like the cardio stuff but hate the push-ups, even the modified version. Also don't like the bicycle crunch things, but mainly because I'm not really sure how to do them! Feeling great doing it though, looking forward to day 4!

I also have this, which is why I joined mfp a week or so ago. My lo is 10 weeks now and although I lost my pregnancy weight almost immediately after birth, I'm now slowly putting weight on around my tummy, which isn't surprising as I'm eating loads, particularly stuff I can grab with one hand (baby won't be put down) like…

Yep, I have a 10 week old and have just joined mfp as like you I want to lose about 8lb, and tone my tummy up again :) I'm more concerned with toning than losing weight really. I need a stronger core to cope with carrying a growing baby! How old is your lo?
