Yep this^^^ Once I started losing I got asked what I was doing. Much easier to not have to explain yourself to everyone.

MFP gives me 1280 a day I'm in my last 6-9 lbs to lose currently. I usually eat 1300-1500 a day because I exercise to some extent daily. I meal prep lunches and dinners. Breakfast is around 200 cal Lunch 400 Dinner 600 Snacks 100-400 I do have a cheat meal once every 3-4 weeks.

I too have a desk job. I was never overweight until I started my job. I definitely track my food and go for 2 15 minute and 1 45 minute walks during my breaks/lunches. I try to hit the gym 4-5 times a week as well. It is definitely not easy getting the extra activity in, but I make it a priority and it helps me relieve…

I meal prep one day a week and I usually make 5 lunches and 5 dinners. Weekends I cook from scratch because I have more time. When I do cook during the week when I'm busier with work and the kids I cook quick meals. Omelettes with Turkey bacon or Salads and throw in pre-cooked chicken or imitation crab meat stuff like that.

Same here DH is 6' 2" and I'm 5' 2 ". I started January 30th at 156 and am now 126. I want to be down to 117-120. I love seeing other shorties!

I picked a goal weight that is in the middle of the "healthy" weight range for my height. I plan on keeping my weight in a 5lb range once I hit maintenance and only take action if I get over that 5lb range. I want to be 117-122 and I am currently 126 so almost there.

I lost 30lbs since Jan 30th. I'm 5' 2" and have 6-9lbs left to lose to be at goal weight I did it on 1200 calories a day with no more than a 60 minute walk for exercise. On days where I would go to the gym I would enter my exercise and eat back half of my calories from the gym as well as my 1200.

I try not to have any Soda but when I have a craving I usually have Diet Dr.Pepper as I find it doesn't taste like normal Diet Soda's do.

I'm 5'2" and right now I'm 126. I want to be 120. Once I get there I may see how I feel and set my goal down to 115 (thats the lowest I would go)
