I eat before a workout, because if I dont I get light headed and feel unwell. Depends on the person I know many can handle fasted workouts.

Im on BC pills and have been for 3 years. Ive lost weight over 30lbs and dont think it slowed me down at all. My boobs have always been big and i managed to lose some of the weight there too. They are down to a 34D from a 38DDD.

Im 5' 2" 36 yo currently 126 want to be 117. I have been maintaining for the last couple months on 1450 with a very long brisk walk each day. I also have a desk job. :smile: great to see most of us are in the same boat being shorties.

This I bet if you went to try on clothes they would fit better than you think. I recently went to get new jeans and wanted to try on jeans two sizes bigger than I needed. I have always had dry lips and the only thing that has worked for me is Vaseline. I carry it everywhere and have some on my night table.

I make my kids snack mix using healthier cereal instead of buying the packaged snack mixes and they love chex and cheerios in it.

I use Almond Milk and Jordan's Skinny Syrup 0 calorie to sweeten mine and I only have 1 a day. The syrup comes in different flavors and tastes amazing!

Same for me eating Oatmeal almost daily for 6 months put my cholesterol in the ideal range from a warning range. Has not stalled my weight loss at all.

I make my own ready meals. I even label them with the calorie count and how many grams of each item that is in it. When I do buy them from the store I like the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers they seem to be not too bad.

My days are a rush! I'm up at 5am quick shower and get dressed, pack my lunch bag and make my to go coffee. 6am wake kids dress them do their hair and help them brush their teeth.
