No diary me. Just try to stay close as I can on my protein fats and carbs...and most importantly staying under on my sugar goal. 4000-4300 currently bulking a day here. Lots of almonds, peanuts, tuna, crackers, and shakes for snacks

Another thing to note Being a carpenter especially working out in the heat your water weight is going to fluctuate ALOT so its best to average the weight over a few different times on the scale

Your comparison wasnt but that's partially due to cyto being one of the higher priced gainers as well as you including one of the cheapest per serving whey's on the market which isn't always what every normal guy…
