By "counting breastfeeding as an exercise " I meant I added a new cardio exercise "breastfeeding" with 400 calories so I can acount for that. My daily goal is 1700 cal NET (it means whatever I eat minus 400 cal for breastfeeding minus cal I burn when I walk). Although I my cal goal 1700, my average cal NET is 1800.
