  • Try aiming for foods that make you feel fuller for longer ! Or even try out a meal replacement! They fill you up and keep you full for 3-4 hours.

  • Loosing weight is 70% about diet! So ive been focusing on eating smaller portions and eating healthy. I work at a gym and work five - six days a week so i usually workout before and after my shifts. Its not all about cardio , i weight train as well so i can turn my fat into muscle !!!

  • 7 pounds in one week is a lot!!! that can be very dangerous for you and if you do that i feel you may gain the weight back on very easily! My goal is to loose 2lbs per week which i feel is very reasonable.
