  • To get a real nice booty you need to work all areas of the back legs (glutes and hamstrings), and do a bit of cardio. I do a day for glutes/hamstrings and i dont just do squats i also do cursy lunges, sumo squats, good mornings, leg curls, hip thrusts etc

  • Honestly the shave look is in :) get it freshly shaved and lined up with a straight razor and itll look good that way you wont have to spend 1000s of dollars on a transplant and it will be cost effificent in the long run and you dont even have to shave it completely bald either

  • Yea it sounds more like a hereditary problem, sounds like the beginning of alopecia areata which is common in men just means patches of hair loss, women get it too. You can check with a dermatologist but im positive they wont really do much ..... My co worker got a hair transplant for his hairline and even that didnt last…

  • First thing i did was set Goals then workout a meal plan i prep all my meals for the week on sunday that way i wont be tempted to dig into things that will throw me off and all my work outs i let my PT come up with but agreed Diet is key to a successful weight loss program or even bulking

  • I have a personal trainer and i have to say my workouts are amazing with him and im learning proper form so i can prevent injuries and my trainer doesnt take advantage of his clients at all. But even if you have a trainer if you dont put in the extra work like proper portions and diet , you wont see the results you want…
