Yeah.. I like working out by myself better. Doing it with friends is awesome if I want to mix up my routine or do something different (like go hiking) but for the every day stuff it's easier to stay on task when it's just me.

OP are you talking about the Adam Ruins Everything video about hydration? I've been wondering the same thing.. I think drinking when thirsty instead of the set 8 cups a day is best, our own bodies are better at telling us than an arbitrary number from ad campaigns. But only in the context of readily available water :)

The first 2 days I just do yoga :P It really helps with cramps and lower back tension too :)

I wouldn't. I have a standing desk at work that I use all day and am still considered sedentary. The burn is so minimal and your body tends to compensate for tiny amounts of expenditure like that. I assume once I finishing losing weight on 1200 cal I can switch to maintaining at ~1500 and stay stagnant. That's what maintenance means.
