Sometimes nothing, sometimes a coffee, sometimes a shake and sometimes a muffin with Laughing Cheese. I have never really been a breakfast person, the thought of food most mornings turns me off. I tend to eat late into the night and add it to the next day as breakfast.

Once a week! I can't wait that long! Once a day more like it and sometimes more. If it fits in my goal and I think it is worth it, then I eat it in moderation. My weakness is chocolate, I eat a few dark chocolate squares a day.

No but a few nights ago I had a dream that I was looking in the mirror at myself in my underwear and I was at my goal weight. I looked amazing and felt amazing looking at myself. I'm taking it as encouragement through my dream to stay focussed. I have never had a dream about weight or weight loss before.

Another one that's helped me is 'There will still be chocolate tomorrow'... helps me with moderation, I don't have to eat all the chocolate today!

(Insert time frame here) will come anyway... makes me realise that time doesn't stop for anyone and I have already wasted too much time being overweight and unhappy! It's now, later or never... I want it now :smile:
