Believe it or not, I don't recall ever eating a waffle of any kind. Never bought them, made them, ordered them or never tried some off someone's plate! Pickled onion

What's wrong with just a regular coffee like a latte (skinny)? We don't have many Starbucks here so putting syrup in coffee sounds bizarre to me anyway. If you want a coffee, just have one :smile: I do! Make it small/regular and add a sweetener if you feel the need.

Looking good is motivating me to keep going, I want to buy gorgeous clothes and not clothes that 'will do for now' because I am not happy with my weight. I overate yesterday and I carried those excess calories to today... I carry over calories sometimes and try eat less/better the next day. Today I made a huge bowl of cauliflower rice cooked in sesame oil with half an onion, 2 eggs, lime juice, sesame seeds, hot sauce and coriander. It came to 355 calories and was delicious!

My collar bones are back ☺ It actually feels sexy having them. My hip bones are making an appearance too! 8kg more to my goal weight ☺
